His extensive experience spans database architecture, system performance optimization, and enterprise data management, making him a key asset in the field of IT and technology consulting.

Currently serving at Boeing, Lekan has been instrumental in managing and optimizing mission-critical databases, ensuring seamless data operations across complex systems. His expertise includes database consolidation, performance tuning, security compliance (SOX), and real-time data replication. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams in executing large-scale IT projects, including enterprise-wide data warehousing and cloud-based database solutions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Lekan is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and community development.
